A 74-year-old woman in Palm Beach County recently faced these three problems:

1. She had concerns about how to handle an employment situation involving an aide hired to help care for her husband. 3. A handyman who was making a minor repair at this client’s home noticed an unrelated problem. There were signs of significant water damage on the exterior of her house. The VIP Solution Master called in and met with several experts: two roofers to assess the roof and related areas, three screen enclosure companies; two public insurance adjusters, and a general contractor. There were many different opinions regarding a solution, ranging from a $5,000 repair job to a $25,000 cost to the client for a complete screen enclosure replacement. After sitting down with these experts, and then comparing and analyzing the entire situation, the best solution boiled down to a $1,500 repair job. All that definitive action occurred within one week.
