Life Caddy and Biz Caddy help people like a caddy helps a golfer
Alan Topchik, founder of The VIP Solution Master, has introduced the Life Caddy and Biz Caddy programs.
BOCA RATON, Fla. – Have you ever wished you had a knowledgeable personal assistant and advisor to help you tactically and strategically navigate through the obstacles in your life or business? If so, then you have something in common with Alan Topchik and his clients.
Topchik, a Palm Beach County resident and the founder of The VIP Solution Master LLC, says “The game of life is similar to the game of golf. No matter how much you play, you encounter hazards along the way. To mitigate stress and truly succeed, you need an experienced and committed caddy.”
That belief prompted Topchik to introduce two unique programs: Life Caddy and Biz Caddy, both of which were designed to shoulder the burden for other people. While his clients actually call the shots, he and his staff guide them to the right course of action.
The 30-year veteran of the life insurance and estate-planning fields, who established The VIP Solution Master in Spring 2009, did so with the objective of providing solutions and achieving results.
“Helping others in this way is something I have done all of my life. I’ve always been resourceful and persistent. Then, not long ago, I realized there was a market for the knowledge and skilled service I offer,” Topchik pointed out.
“Both programs are offered by The VIP Solution Master and can be best explained by equating them to the caddy in golf,” he said. “That vital personal assistant carries most of the weight for the player (namely, the player’ bag). He knows the game inside and out, and provides insightful advice and invaluable support. This often includes assessing weather and ground conditions, suggesting what iron or wood to use, and whether the player should hook, slice or take a straight shot. He also expresses opinions on how to avoid hazards or get out of a sand trap. Overall, a good caddy is aware of the challenges and obstacles of the course, along with the best strategies for winning.”
Topchik says that, in a similar way, Life Caddy and Biz Caddy help people in their everyday lives, whether they are golfers or not. “With either of these programs, his clients are able to shift the weight of their problems, interruptions and nuisances onto a skilled personal assistant. Without these distractions, there’s more time for the things you need or like to do,” he remarked.
Life Caddy was designed for individuals, couples or families. Clients can be full- time or seasonal residents of Palm Beach and Broward counties. They can range from retirees who may no longer have the stamina (or a spouse) to fight on their own behalf, to young, working individuals focused on their careers. The program provides skilled assistance, guidance and advocacy to those faced with “personal business” problems or the management of personal projects. Whether it’s a leaky roof, lapsed Medicare supplement, or concerns about the legal and tax consequences of employing a nanny in one’s home, someone is there to generate effective and satisfactory results.
“You can’t always depend on your children or friends to do time-consuming research, intervene on your behalf, or do whatever is necessary to bring about the best possible solution or resolution for a particular situation,” Topchik said.
Biz Caddy is geared to entrepreneurs and professionals who need more time to devote to what they do best (i.e., selling, production), or advice and solutions to improve their business.
He and his staff dispense advice and make a realistic assessment of the situation, including its scope and seriousness. They then prioritize, organize and oversee the implementation of a course of action. This oftentimes requires research, referrals to other professionals, and obtaining bids and the best prices for work. They don’t receive referral fees or compensation from any advisors of vendors. Nor do they request access to a client’s funds, personal financial data and the like, unless the client grants them permission in writing.
Current clients range from a 50-year old snowbird and middle-aged owners of a local deli to a 91-year-old, retired entrepreneur who was a casualty of the Madoff Ponzi scheme.
Knowing the insurance industry as he does, Topchik also knows about odds. “Even if you don’t face any ‘hazards’ right now, they are very likely to occur unexpectedly. Therefore, having someone who cares in your corner can provide a great deal of peace of mind,” he concluded.
The programs are offered separately and services are provided on an annual fee basis. For further information, visit www.TheVIPSolutionMaster.com, call (561) 981-2501 or email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
