The VIP Solution Master Attracts Wide Range of Clientele

BOCA RATON, Fla. – A new South Florida company that resolves problems and reduces aggravation and stress for individuals, couples and families is attracting a wide range of clients.

When founder Alan Topchik launched his new business – The VIP Solution Master LLC – this past spring, he only had a few types of clients in mind. “But, now that people have heard about the company, our client base is much more diverse than we had originally anticipated,” reports Topchik, a 30-year veteran of the life insurance and estate-planning fields.

He thinks that’s a good thing, not only for the success of his new enterprise, but also for the clients who look to him for help.

“The VIP Solution Master provides skilled assistance, guidance and advocacy to residents of Palm Beach and Broward counties facing personal business problems and/or the management of their personal projects,’ he says. “Designed to save people time, mitigate their stress and free them up to enjoy their lives, the company shifts the burden from our clients’ shoulders onto ours.”

Topchik recognizes that many people need someone available to them with the knowledge, experience, resourcefulness and persistence to help them handle the nuisances, challenges and problems that affect their personal lives. “You can’t always depend on your children or friends to do time-consuming research and to maintain the stamina required to fight on your behalf, when a problem arises,” he explains.

Equipped with a large network of resources, Topchik and his staff dole out advice, intervene on their client’s behalf, and do whatever is necessary to bring about the best possible solution or resolution for their particular situation. They make a realistic assessment of the situation, including its scope and seriousness. The company then prioritizes, organizes and oversees the implementation of a course of action. This oftentimes requires research, referrals to other professionals, and obtaining bids and the best prices for work. “We don’t receive referral fees or compensation from any advisors of vendors. Nor do we request access to a client’s funds, personal financial data and the like, unless they grant us permission in writing.,” he is quick to point out.

Commenting further, Topchik says, “Whether it’s a leaky roof, faulty cellular phone, lapsed Medicare supplement, or concerns about the legal and tax consequences of employing a nanny in one’s home, we are here to generate effective and satisfactory results.”

Current clients range in age from a 50-year old snowbird to a 91-year-old, retired entrepreneur who was a casualty of the Madoff Ponzi scheme.

“Our clients are worlds apart as far as life experiences and intellect, but they are connected by a common thread. Each needs assistance to solve their problems so they can improve the quality of their lives,” states Topchik.

His cross-section of clients to date includes:

1. Working Baby Boomers who don’t have the time or who don’t want to deal with the nuisances that occur in their personal lives. “In the past, they may have delegated the handling of certain situations and projects to their secretary, but their secretary’s time is best spent focused on helping the company grow,” Topchik says.
2. Working Baby Boomers who want to help and “be there” for their aging parents, but they are busy with their careers and own family. They retain The VIP Solution Master so their parents (and they, too) can have peace of mind, knowing that a skilled, experienced professional is available to help and guide their parents.
3. Elderly individuals/elderly couples. Topchik is attracting savvy seniors who may be capable of dealing with various situations that occur, but they are preoccupied with their own medical problems or taking care of each other. “Other clients in this category are older people who can’t handle their problems or projects because they may not be current on how to. They simply don’t know what to do and they don’t want to bother their children,” he says.
4. Small business owners with business problems. Topchik said he is currently working with a local restaurateur who is so unorganized that she isn’t aware of how much money is going out and coming in.
5. Snowbirds who need a skilled professional to assess and take care of problems that might arise in their homes during their absence. “While the homeowners are gone, they may have a housekeeper or house sitter on the payroll to make sure their home is secure, to let in the exterminator, make sure there isn’t a leak and so forth,” Topchik says. “But this type of help is unskilled and only able to report to the homeowners that they’ve discovered a problem. On the other hand, The VIP Solution Master can quickly identify the seriousness of a problem and present and expedite solutions.

Topchik also said he represents a snowbird who began a renovation project but had to stop it when he left town. With The VIP Solution Master now on board, the renovation is in skilled hands and nearing completion. “When our client returns this season, the work will be finished and he can enjoy life without having to deal with contractors, subcontractors and the mess,” Topchik explains.
